Wedding Cakes

We believe wedding cakes should taste delicious as well as look beautiful. A wedding cake, like all other cakes we make, is the last course of the meal and should be the most memorable.  We create each cake with the best and freshest ingredients available to us, we shop at the local farmer's market for organic berries, we use fresh vanilla beans, and real butter (no shortening or margarine).

Wedding cake flavors are:

Genoise cake layered with the following:

  • Vanilla cream and fresh strawberries
  • Lemon cream and fresh raspberries
  • Passionfruit cream
  • Chocolate mousse

Cocoa buttermilk cake layers with one of the following:

  • Chocolate ganache
  • Chocolate-orange ganache
  • Chocolate Mousse and fresh raspberries

Wedding cake styles can be Buttercream, Fondant, Marzipan, Ladyfinger, or Chocolate (white or dark).

We create a limited number of wedding cakes weekly; booking early is highly recommended. For cakes with three or more layers, the top layer is complementary. Prices start at $10 per person.
